Fig. 7. Leakage current density as a function of La content of Bi3.75LaxCe0.25-xTi3O12 (BLCT) thin film samples on a library. This leakage current density was measured at applied voltage = 2V. The leakage current characteristics were measured by using programmable Kethley 617 electrometer with the condition of 0.05V of step voltage and 0.1-second delay time.
