The expression pattern of the BDs is fundamentally different from that of the SZs. The diagram represents the output of Ingenuity Pathways Analysis Application Note 0704. Genes shown as vertical rectangles, horizontal ovals, and inverted triangles represent G protein-coupled protein receptors, transcription factors, and kinases, respectively. A line interconnecting two genes without and with arrowheads indicates there is either binding only or an actual influence on the second gene.
