YFP-IRF5 expression vectors was as described previously (2). MEFs were transfected with YFP-IRF5 expression vector. After 12 h, MEFs were infected with 7.5 HAU of NDV (Right) or untreated (Left). Nuclear localization of IRF5 was obserbed after 12 h of infection.
