CELL BIOLOGY. For the article “Bcl-xL overexpression blocks bax-mediated mitochondrial contact site formation and apoptosis in rod photoreceptors of lead-exposed mice,” by Lihua He, Guy A. Perkins, Ann T. Poblenz, Jeffrey B. Harris, Michael Hung, Mark H. Ellisman, and Donald A. Fox, which appeared in issue 3, February 4, 2003, of Proc Natl Acad Sci USA (100:1022–1027; first published January 22, 2003; 10.1073/pnas.0333594100), the authors note that on page 1023, left column, line 3, the phrase “the lead group received a 0.15% lead acetate drinking solution” should instead read: “the lead group received a 0.015% lead acetate drinking solution.” This error does not affect the conclusions of the article.
