Table 2. Melting temperatures for redox-active (G) and redox-inactive (I) duplexes. Melting temperatures were obtained by monitoring the change in Ap absorbance at 325 nm as a function of temperature from 75ºC to 10ºC (100 μM duplexes in 100 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7) and fitting the resulting temperature denaturation profiles to a sigmoidal function in origin.
