  • The expression ratios of wild-type relative to ΔamgRS, and of tobramycin-treated relative to -untreated cultures is presented for the genes whose expression showed the greatest dependence on AmgRS. The genes carry a conserved upstream sequence (consensus: GAAANANNNNGNAACA) which may correspond to an AmgR interaction site. The complete set of differentially expressed genes is listed in Table S3.
