  • The four models, including PC1, all had broadly similar support based on the AIC. However, PC1 is the only significant predictor variable (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01) in this set of models. The cumulative Mantel correlation shows the spatial autocorrelation in model residuals. Combined Mantel correlations (Pearson) are of all significant (positive and negative) distance classes tested within the Mantel correlograms (with a Holm correction for multiple testing).
